Welcome to a transformative breathwork experience

BREATHWORK x Riki Leona

My journey of transformation goes beyond the visible. Breathwork and personal development have reshaped how I live, create, and connect. This practice inspired me to start Good Vibes Mostly, my coaching business focused on embracing every emotion—the highs, the lows, and everything between.

As a certified breathwork facilitator, I offer private sessions and group classes at the Astoria Arts and Movement Center. Through this work, I’ve learned my purpose is to hold safe, grounded space—whether during a brow service or a breathwork session. When we heal within, it shows in everything we do.

  • Breathwork is a tool that allows us to transform ourselves and take an active role in our own healing. As a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, it is my honor to hold safe space for you on your journey.

Breathwork can help relieve emotional, mental, and physical tension. It supports anxiety reduction, improved sleep, decreased depression symptoms, and overall emotional release.

  • At the beginning of our session, we’ll take time to connect and answer any questions you may have.

You’ll learn the proper active breathing technique and what to expect throughout the process.

I encourage you to come with an intention—something you wish to receive or release during our time together. You may share this with me or keep it private. My role is to guide and hold space, not to direct or interpret your experience.

  • Once your intention is set, we will begin with a grounding meditation to get present.

Active breathing will last about 45 minutes. During this time, you may experience:

    • Temperature changes in the body

    • Tingling or muscle cramping

    • Emotional releases such as crying, laughter, or vocal expression

    • A need to move your body (Child’s Pose is common)

These sensations are normal and welcomed. The goal is to release what arises.

The space will include music and dim lighting to support relaxation and healing.

  • Following the breathing session, we will take time to reflect and integrate.

You are welcome to share what came up, but sharing is never required.

All sessions are private and confidential.

Your healing journey is deeply personal, and you are in full control of how you engage and process your experience.

  • Breathwork should be avoided or approached with caution if you have:

Please reach out beforehand if you have any questions or concerns about your health conditions.

  • I am not a doctor, and I do not diagnose, treat, or promise to heal any condition.

My role is to hold safe space and guide you through the breathwork experience as part of your personal journey toward healing and self-awareness.
